Hopefully, the weather will be nice on Sunday when we step off for the 13th Dragon’s Parade in Krakow. The parade will begin at noon and will feature queens, princesses, dressed up drummers, musicians, dancers and dragons of course;) Last year the parade included 30 dragons and over 1200 kids. This year even more is expected!
Dragon weekend will start on Saturday, 1st of June (which is also Children’s Day in Poland) with a Dragon Family Picnic. Later that day “Great Outdoor Performance” will draw hundreds of people to the Wisla river (at the foot of Wawel Hill) where they will have a unique opportunity to see huge dragons animated by actors from Groteska Theatre accompanied by fire, lasers and music.
