1. Jordan Park
Take a relaxing walk in the beautiful park right in the heart of a city, eat some ice-cream or if you’re looking for something more adventurous, rent a go-cart or water bike.
2. Vistula riverside
As long as there are many great spots nearby the Vistula river, the one right in the feet of the Wawel Castle is definitely the most charming. Sit on the wall or spread on the grass and enjoy both the view and a tranquil atmosphere. Also, the riverside has many great routes so feel free to rent a bike or put on some roller-skates and roll along the water!
There are many mounds surrounding the city centre that are great hiking destination and view spot at the same time. Most of them is free, however Kościuszko Mound offers much more than that and it requires a ticket in price of 14 PLN (10 PLN reduced price) – the tickets not only allows you to see the beautiful panorama of the city but also gives you admission to wonder through the forts, see Kościuszko collection, The Chapel of the Blessed Bronisława and the Columbarium and Wax figure exhibit “Polish Road to Freedom”.
